Ingredients

  • Bhetki boneless or with bone 500 gram
  • 1⁄2 cup hung curd
  • 1 tsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste [ each]
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil
  • Fresh cream [ optional]

Instructions:

    Marinate fish with ginger , garlic paste and salt [ 1⁄2 tsp] for 30 mins
    Mix remaining ingredients well , take a microwave oven bowl , place
    the fish pieces and mix with doi mixture , 3 tsp oil and green chillies .
    We need to microwave it for 10 mins.
    Or else doing on gas for 10 mins.
